You might not know exactly what it is you want to work on, or just have a general idea of needing some support with the challenges of your life at the moment. That’s perfectly ok.
During our first session together, we will explore the topics that bring you to therapy, discuss your needs and goals, and I will give you some insights on how I like to work. From there, we can decide if we want to start the process of Gestalt-therapy together.
To maximize the efficiency of our therapy work, the ideal frequency is one session per week, especially at the beginning of the process. But this can be adapted to your situation if needed.
